Can we eat in at this place or is it take out only ?
It's primarily take out. There are a couple small tables that people generally sit at while waiting for their take out. Plus it smells of rubber since its right next to a tire place.

I would give this guy a 10 if I could. Being one of very limited Chinese food places open during the virus this man cranks out tons of orders while literally sprinting around the kitchen. Through all that he still has a smile for you and is so pleasant. Food was good and very reasonably priced. Yes it was an hour wait for obvious reasons but if you call in advance it’s no problem and he is very honest about wait times.
